Our idea
Every family needs three advisors.
01
A doctor
For the family's health. You find one before a problem starts.
02
A lawyer
For the family's rights. You keep one on call before a dispute starts.
03
A wealth advisor for property
For the largest asset that most Indian families own. Usually, no one sits in this chair. We do.

Common questions
Questions people ask us first
What does House of Investors do?
We help families decide what to do with the money they keep in property and land: what to buy, what to keep and what to sell. Some developers also choose us to sell their projects. We are not a property listing website.
How do you choose which projects to show me?
First, we ask about your goal. Then we show you two or three projects that fit it, not a list of fifty. Prices and availability change every week, so we share them with you directly.
What is the Land Programme?
You own land, and we look after it. We check it, keep the papers in order and send you reports. You do not buy a plot and forget about it. The programme is private, and you join by invitation.
I already have a property in mind. Can you look at it?
Yes. Show it to us. We check it with the same checklist that we use for our own projects, and the second opinion is free.
