Is this website advice?

No. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a request to buy (a solicitation), or investment advice. Nothing here tells you to buy, sell or keep any property, land, share or other financial product.

Every piece of work with us starts with a private talk. We put each opportunity in writing, on its own.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Every investment has risk, and you can lose money. Property is slow to sell. You may not be able to sell when you want, or at the price you want. What happened in the past does not promise the same in the future.

Can I trust the project details?

Each project page shows the developer's RERA number. Please check it yourself on the TG-RERA website.

• Prices on this site are estimates. The developer sets the final price.
• Pictures of projects are artist's impressions.
• Check all sizes against the final agreement drawings.
• Availability, payment terms and handover dates can change without notice.

Where do your numbers come from?

We name the source of every outside number, such as Knight Frank India, Anarock, ICRA or the Telangana registration department. We show these numbers as they were published. We do not check them ourselves.

Can anyone invest?

Each investment depends on who you are, your documents and the law. Some programmes, like the Land Programme, are private. We offer them by invitation, once we know they suit you.

What should I do before I pay?

Get your own legal, tax and money advice before you pay anything. If we are not the right team for you, we will tell you.
