For two decades, Arjun has worked on building wealth for people, in many projects before this one. Those years taught him about money and about people, often the hard way.

One gap kept coming back. Land and homes were where families lost the most money, and where they got the least advice. Arjun closed that gap in his own story first. Since then, House of Investors has closed it for more than 300 clients.

At House of Investors, advice comes before the sale. If the right answer is "do not buy", we say it. Some projects did not pass our checklist, so we did not offer them.

From January 2027, Arjun will write the House View, our letter on the market. Every quarter, he records a podcast. He talks about the Union Budget, RBI interest rates, Telangana policy and where Hyderabad's money may go next.
