Sri Aditya Homes chose us as the only team to sell Terrace 35. We call this an exclusive mandate. We set the rules for how it is sold, and we stand behind every charge.
Khajaguda is in west Hyderabad, near the Financial District and Gachibowli.

What does a home cost?
The base rate starts at ₹10,999 per sq ft. On top of the base rate, you pay:
- Floor rise, for homes on higher floors
- An East-facing charge, for East-facing homes
- One charge for the clubhouse, amenities, car parking and infrastructure
- GST on the total
Ask us for the full cost sheet for the home you like. You see every charge, in rupees, before you sign. The developer sets the final price.
Home sizes
All homes are 3 BHK, from 2,385 sq ft to 3,105 sq ft.
Car parks
Homes of 3,000 sq ft and 3,105 sq ft get 6 car parks. Homes of 2,385 sq ft to 2,625 sq ft get 4.
Sky Duplexes
On the top floors, from 4,770 sq ft to 6,210 sq ft. Ask us for the size, facing, floor and price of each one.
